Before you can run the Deadline 6.2 Client on Linux, you need to install Mono:
thinkboxsoftware.com/deadlin … quirements

It is also recommended, but not necessary, to install Mono on the machine that you will be running the Deadline 6.2 Repository installer on. If Mono isn’t installed on the machine that you’re running the Repository installer on, it will not be able to properly update the Deadline plugin settings. However, this can be done manually from the Tools menu in the Monitor afterwards.

In addition, if Mono is not installed, the database will not be initialized either. This can be done later from another machine with Mono and the Deadline Client installed. See the Manual Database Configuration documentation for more information:
