Attached is a patch for the “Submit Max To Deadline” (SMTD) scripts shipped with the Beta build 49019.
This patch fixes the following errors:
SubmitMaxScene property was not sticky - the Scene File Submission Options drop-down list was reverting to “SAVE and Submit Current Scene with the Job to the Repository” because the sticky value was saved and loaded as a string in the INI file, but was expected as #Name. This has been fixed.
Priority Snapping produced wrong value format - a new feature in this build allows you to hold SHIFT while moving the mouse cursor over the Priority slider. This will result in snapping at every 10 units, like 10,20,30,40,50…100. A bug in the snapping code produced a Float value instead of an Integer, so setting the Priority this way and submitting a job would cause an error. This has been fixed. NOTE that you don’t have to click with the left mouse button when holding SHIFT, and that you can hold Ctrl to set the Priority without Snapping by sliding the mouse with no mouse button pressed!
Settings Browser script was missing - a new feature in this build of SMTD lets you browse all its settings, local and global stickiness INI files, factory and global defaults and locally stored sticky settings and determine why your settings are the way they are. The feature can be accessed via the Tools menu or by clicking the “Options marked with *…” text at the bottom of the UI.
