One slave is making errors on a job A, how can I affect him to job B, before job A is complete ?

You should be able to mark the Slave as bad or blacklist it for the job.
To blacklist it, simply go to the job properties and add the failing machine to a blacklist under the “machine limit” section.
It’s also possible to set Deadline to mark Slaves as bad automatically if they generate a certain number of errors. Those machines are listed under “failure detection” on jobs and cannot be added.
