Just a quick question, how is the autotimeout calculating the buffer to leave for tasks?
Say, it already completed 10 frames, each frame finished around 2mins 30 seconds, some a little higher, some a little lower. Would it pad that by 20%, or by a minute, or 5 seconds, or just take the highest value?
Hello Laszlo,
The auto timeout is a multiplier setting, so say your first 10 frames are an average of 2.5 minutes. The multiplier of 3.0 would then set the timeout at 7.5 minutes. Say the next 5 take 5 minutes each, the average would then be 3m20s, and the multiplier would equate to 10 minutes. Does that make sense?
You can use python or bat to compare the job of the task. Screened twice in comparison to 100% of the task, and re-run
So you doesn’t need autotimeout .
