We have two sites that don’t have the fastest connection between them and have a render farm on each site with their own repository. We’re looking at combining the repos so we can better utilise the overall hardware. I noticed however that there isn’t an option to specify a different location for the auxillary files in each Region. Is this something that’s possible? Obviously if we’re having to submit files from site A to repo on site B and then the workers on site A have to reload the file from site B we’re going to experience a lot of additional traffic between the sites and serious lag on loading jobs.
