I’m having an issue with the deadline submission window that installs in Cinema listing our pools and groups. I took a look at the code for the submission script, and it looks like it’s shelling out to “deadlinecommand -pools”. Some reason when this is executed in the submission script, it comes up with an empty list, but if I go to a cmd prompt and type the exact command, it returns all pools.

I’m not sure why that would be happening. I am wondering if C4D has a console or some way to show us the result of the command the submitter would have sent, to see if there is any errors. I unfortunately don’t have C4D installed right now. Can I ask what version of the 5.x branch of Deadline you are using? As well, what version of C4D? Thanks.
