Is there any way to disable the huge pop-up windows with job information and description when it is done. It only happens on the machine that is running Pulse, though. But I just had to close about 50 of these info windows (with only a OK button).

The reason why the Pulse machine would be getting those info messages would be that the user that submitted those jobs has the pulse machine listed as their machine, and they also have Net Send messages enabled in their notification options. Check the info messages on the Pulse machine to see which user those jobs belong to, and then open the Monitor, enter Super User Mode, and select Manage Users.
Find the user that those jobs belong to, and either disable Netsend Notification, or set the Machine setting to the proper machine.
