Cannot enable job startup timeout

We are running Deadline 6 and would like to enable job startup timeout for 3dsmax Vray jobs. Some jobs are stuck in startup mode indefinitely and we would like them to error and requeue. currently the logs say Start Job timeout is disabled. I can set the job timeout seconds in the configure plugins interface, but I can’t find where to enable it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So it looks like we were a bit silly and named two things the same. The one you see referenced in the beginning of the log is a job property, while the one you have set is a plugin setting. The first one being disabled does not impact on your 10,000 second timeout that you put into the plugin config.

Thanks for the reply. I guess since we end up with jobs in the queue starting up for 5 plus hours, that either the load 3dsmax timeout plugin setting isn’t working, or the problem is elsewhere. I would still like to try enabling the job startup timeout. Can you tell me how to enable that?
