I dont know why but i tried everything and still keep getting that message. I’m trying to follow the youtube playlist tutorial to install and I’m stuck at this part.

Please run whoami on the command prompt use the result if it is any different from what you are currently using.
Are you running the the installer as any other user? It does require elevated permissions and ask for it when you run it. Are you providing the same user and password when you run the it?
Installer writes a log here Database and Repository Installation (Advanced) — Deadline 10.3.2.1 documentation. Please share the one with appropriate time when you ran the installer.
