I’m getting a DB connection error during the installation, also opened some ports I read on the forum, but doesn’t work.

Is the port (27100) open on the server itself?
Can you confirm the database is running on that IP 192.168.1.133?
Should show in the services tab and you should be able to confirm by checking the logs
