This job does not require any plugins or GPU dependencies. If I copy the command line from the job and run it locally on the node, it works. There is one warning, but it’s not fatal nor does it affect the quality of the output frame. But I venture this is what Deadline is getting snagged on.

WARNING: Warning: symbol 'clCreateFramGLTexture' is missing. [win_dll.cpp(388)][main.cpp(13)]

For the sake of testing, we decided to swap the graphics card on one of the nodes with a card that supports Nvidia’s latest driver update (Nvidia NVS 310). Once we did this, the job rendered successfully with Deadline and no warning was produced rendering commandline locally.

We’d rather not invest anymore hardware in these nodes, is there anyway to have Deadline ignore the error and continue rendering?

Any thoughts or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. I’d be happy to provide any further information if needed.

Thanks in advance,
-Alex
