How can I setup a render slave to render 1 Maya Redshift (to use the gpus) and 1 Nuke (or maya vray) job at the same time.

You’d run two Slaves on the same machine, and assign them to different groups. Slaves can only do one job at a time, which is why two Slaves are helpful here. Groups allow you to make sure certain Slaves only run certain jobs, and that would keep them from say, both picking up a 3D job.
