Custom Event Error

Hi,

I have the Custom Event “3dsMaxVersionInstalled” tried today and get this error:

Unfortunately I have no idea what is wrong. I hope that someone can help me.

We are on Deadline 6.2.0.32 R

Unfortunately, the slave centric event callbacks were added in 7.0, which explains why your getting this error in Deadline 6.2. Are you on annual support? If so, please get in contact with your reseller / our sales team:
