Is there a way to set the ‘custom viwer’ to something like ‘acd see’ for all clients rather than having to go around each client individually and setting it in the options?
Currently, the only way to do this would be to copy the monitorOptions.xml file from one machine that is already configured to each of your client machines. This of course would copy other settings as well, like the layout and visible columns in the Monitor, so that may or may not be what you want to do.
You can find the monitorOptions.xml file in the local user profile. For example:
C:\Documents and Settings[USERNAME]\Local Settings\Application Data\Prime Focus\Deadline\settings
