Deadline 10 installed on CentOS, "Remote Administration has been disabled" yet other clients work

Hi I have a bunch of clients that give this error
but
there are quite a few that work and take jobs and respond to commands!

Firewall is temporarily off until we sort this out.

What’s my first step?
