Deadline 3 problem : All images killed on finish

Hi

I have a serius problem with deadline 3 (maya2008). For some reason deadline 3 renders now first in to this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Frantic Films\Deadline\slave\jobsData\mayaOutput_temp0
And then it moves or copies all the files to the right location that I told deadline via the submision.
That case I never had with dealine 2.7
I wish to heaven I’m doing something wrong and this is not a feature!
Some minutes deadline finshed a sequence that rendered over a day but at the and happend this:

Nothing changed on my system. The harddrive is not full…
The Big problem is here, Deadline deleted ALL temp images and started the hole f****g thing again. YES it killed my hole output.
How can I say deadline to not render in this temp folder and it killes no images when errors accruing.

thx for any help!!!

Go to the MayaBatch/MayaCmd plugin configurations in the Monitor and disable the Enable Local Rendering option. Now the slaves will render directly to the final output location. This option was available in Deadline 2.7, but I guess it was disabled by default.

The reason for having this feature is that sometimes Maya will render faster if it is saving to the local machine. I’m not sure why the output couldn’t be moved successfully, but at the very least we should have some better error reporting.

We just found a way to improve this feature’s robustness slightly. We’ll include this fix in the next 3.x release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

thx for the quick help!!! Now it renders in to the correct folders. Where the problem with the file moving came from, I don’t know yet.
But with the direct rendering to the folder this problem seems to be solved.
