Hi there, Thinkbox gurus,
my question is a bit unusual: we’re running a custom renderer that is throwing out errors only in Deadline and after debugging it in our dev environment we’ve found out that Deadline is actually throwing the error prior to the renderer even being called.
So, would it be possible for you to debug Deadline (even the new 6.xx) 5.2 that we’re currently on, with our renderer to see what problem it might be? Happens on all Max versions we’ve ran it on, even in the debug mode, see below:
Exception: Trapped SEH Exception in CurRendererRenderFrame(): Access Violation
Process: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2011\3dsmax.exe

Again, it’s only this renderer that’s crashing on the farm with Deadline, but after debugging, Deadline seems to be having some trouble even calling the renderer which leaves us empty handed and we can’t do much about it.
Any help would be much appretiated. Thank you in advance!
