Deadline 6 - 'Create new limit' buggy

We seem to be encountering bug in the Deadline 6 release build when creating new limit groups.

Under Limit Group pane > Create New Limit window, when assigning nodes to blacklists & whitelists, it moves incorrect nodes into the list. A little strange to explain but this is repeatable > create new limit > move node001-node010 to blacklist, it will move some of the nodes we selected and also some random nodes. It also creates ‘blank’/empty selectable entries in the blacklist & whitelist sections, which is causing ‘runaway’ count on some limit groups.

I don’t see any relevant console/log messages to send but let me know if anyone has ideas of other info I can provide to troubleshoot.

Hey Brian,

I’ve been able to replicate the issue here as well… I’ve logged it as bug, which should get fixed in 6.1. I’m guessing you were using the arrow buttons to move the Slaves to the black/white list? Dragging and Dropping the entries between lists seems to work fine for me, so I would recommend using that as a workaround until we can get this fixed!

We are able to work-around for now via lots of clicking, but I wasn’t able to drag & drop between lists in the linux client monitor.

Good to know you were able to at least work around it for the time being.

I’ll look into Drag & Dropping on Linux, in the meantime
