I installed the curent version of RPMmanager for max 2015 in max 2016 and I also use deadline 7.1
When I launch RPManager for the first time in a fresh max 2016 scene I get this error:
SMTD 7 for RPM
ERROR LOADING [SubmitMaxToDeadline.ms] from \myrepositorypath\ Error code: 1031.
Other than that it seems to works anyway. Just an annoying popup for the first launch only.
Is this on your side or Grant’s one?
The fix was uploaded to the Deadline 7.1 download folder (where you get all installers) on Friday.
It was provided by Grant last week and will be part of future versions of Deadline.

It should also fix the problem with updating from Repository defaults (e.g. custom settings for Delimiter etc.) in the passes - previously, RPM only initialized the SMTD settings to factory defaults, but did not load any custom values.
