Deadline 7.2.1.10 R - Could not find report log

I have setup a Deadline 7.2.1.10 repository and a few slaves and I often have the problem were all the job logs are not saved.

If I browser to the job log folder in windows explorer, it seems like the logs starts to get written.
So I am suspecting a network sharing issue on our side.

But I would like to ask here to see if anyone had similar issue and found a clear solution for the problem

If Deadline had problems writing the log files, it should store that as the quick response in the log viewer (which is partly driven by the database). Is the log viewer providing an error? I’m curious what it says.

Also, the Slave log may have some information but I can’t remember. It would be worthwhile to go harvest some logs and see if they have more information. Enabling verbose logging (http://docs.thinkboxsoftware.com/products/deadline/7.2/1_User%20Manual/manual/repository-config.html#application-data) would likely be helpful just in case.
