deadline and after effects

Hello, I just upgraded to Deadline 6.1 release and noticed a little problem when rendering with After Effects. When I submit a job with multiple output modules I get the following error:

Now the output modules are most certainly named differently in my comp and I double checked this several times. This action used to work fine back when I was using Deadline beta 3 so I have a feeling that something has changed on this. I am now using Deadline 6.1.0.54665.

If you would like to reproduce this problem all you have to do is setup a comp with two output modules, say one output produces a Targa un-premultiplyed and the other a straight alpha and I am sure you will see this error when you send it to Deadline.

Otherwise I can send a test comp if you like.

Thanks for looking into this.

Hello Christian,

Can I have you try to run this comp outside of Deadline, using the command below at the command line? Thanks

“C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5.5\Support Files\aerender.exe” -project “C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Thinkbox\Deadline6\slave\DQ04\jobsData\52ebf2c62c4bc32750fabba3\VTR_March13th_v01.aep” -comp “VTR_Main” -s 0 -e 19 -output “\vfxisilon\ifs\SFX_SERVER\GRAPHICS\March_13th_2014\Graphics_Package\VTR\05_final_renders\VTR_Alpha_v01\VTR_Alpha_Main_[####].tga” -mp

Hello,

I would also like to check if After Effects has been run on that render node before, outside of Deadline. Thanks.
