Deadline and Sitoa

Hey Folks,

first time i got problems with deadline. We are using the arnold renderer for our current project with the sitoa plugin.
So the submitter still works correct no error at all. Also we share all plugins and addons on a workgroup for all slaves and the repository.

After every finished image the scene loads again (tested Gropusize 4-6-8-10) / Tested with 3 different scenes.

Any solution or idea for this issue?

Googling the error turned up nothing, so the first thing we should do is determine if this is a Deadline problem, or if Deadline is just the messenger. To do this, first submit a job that reproduces the problem, and make sure to disable the Use XSIBatch option when you submit it. This will make Deadline render the job using standard command line rendering. Assuming you get the same message, send us a full render log from the job. You can find the logs in the Monitor by right-clicking on the job and selecting Job Reports -> View Log Reports.

We will parse the log for the command line that Deadline is using to render, and we will get you to run that command from a command prompt on a render node. If you still get that message, then we know that Deadline isn’t the problem, which essentially cuts your debugging in half. :slight_smile:
