I m trying to use IPMI Power Management, since some of our render blade servers don’t support WOL. I use DELL BMC tool - ipmish. I’ve made a batch file with the following line: “C:\temp\bmc\ipmish.exe” -ip 192.168.1.146 -u ****** -p ****** power on. When I execute the batch file manually, the machine starts in seconds but when I try to run it through deadline it doesn’t work. The run command I use in deadline is: C:\temp\bmc\test.bat Any thoughts?
Hello, I do believe commands through deadline need to start with cmd in order to work. Can you give that a try? Thanks.

batch files are executed in command prompt mode, if you refer to using the line in the batch file as a command this doesn’t work either. Every time I try to start the machine through the file it works fine, but for some reason it seems that I cant execute it via deadline. If there is any particular deadline command line to start a machine, would you let me know please? Thanks for your help.
