We’re migrating from Max 2020 to Max 2022 this month. I’m sending some scenes to be rendered using Deadline with Max 2022 but no existing plugins in the Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2022\Plugins
folder are recognized.
We ran some tests by moving them to ProgramData/ApplicationPlugins
and they worked.
Using plugins inside the Plugins folder - IIRC - would be back-compatible and we shouldn’t be having this problem.
Is there anything we can do to make sure they work using the plugins folder or should we keep moving them to the new structure ProgramData/ApplicationPlugins
folder?
