I’m a bit confused. Didn’t this use to work? I think i remember the time counter updating for Slaves that are offline. Or am i dreaming this?

It would only update when the row is updated (or loaded for the first time). So if you were to restart the Monitor, the time that the slave has been in that state would be up to date again, but it won’t get updated again while the monitor is running.
On a positive note though, we were FINALLY able to reproduce the issue where deleted jobs weren’t getting removed from the job list properly. In addition, we were able to fix that NullReferenceException you were getting in the Monitor log you uploaded. Both of these fixes will be included in RC2.
