Deadline repository is lost

while we refresh from Deadline monitor after few refreshes the deadline repository is lost and has to be set again.
has this happened with you ? or if any one knows how to fix

Do you know if you’re having any network problems at the moment? If the network is intermittently going down, that could cause the Monitor to lose its connection to the repository, and thus disconnect from it.

I dont know if network is the problem because we never have any problem accession files and folder across , it usually happens if we refresh Deadline Monitor to see render update…

Hmm, it could also be possible that an error is occurring while refreshing that the Monitor isn’t handling properly. The next time this happens, close the Monitor, and then send us the most recent monitor log. These are saved in the shared application data folder (if you’re on XP, this in in c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\frantic films\deadline\logs). Hopefully something is being printed out that explains the problem.
