The error seems to be a result of Deadline not being able to get the IP address of the machine.

Is the machine’s network settings properly configured? Can the machine ping other machines on your network?

but my machine’s network settings is right,It can ping other machines on my network.
maybe it have other problems.

when I use the another machine running the software,everything is normal. The same configuration, same environment, the only difference is graphics.

It could be a configuration issue in your hosts file. I’ve seen this cause problems before. There might be a setting left over from an old configuration that could be causing problems.

The problem definitely seems related to DNS. I forgot to ask earlier, but can other machines on your network ping this machine?
