Deadline sale support no answer


Hi there,

I’ve sent few emails from two different email account yesterday to the sales support, still no answer.
We need some licenses very soon.

Should I use the same email I use to log in here?

We have seen a few cases where communication could be blocked, but usually from our email to the customer’s server. If you emailed, all members of the team should have received a copy.
