Deadline sale support no answer

Hi there,

I’ve sent few emails from two different email account yesterday to the sales support, still no answer.
We need some licenses very soon.

Should I use the same email I use to log in here?

We have a Sales email (thinkbox-sales@amazon.com), and a Support email (support@thinkboxsoftware.com). There is no “Sales Support” email.
Can you please confirm which email you used?

We have seen a few cases where communication could be blocked, but usually from our email to the customer’s server. If you emailed thinkbox-sales@amazon.com, all members of the team should have received a copy.

Can you please email me at bobo AT amazon DOT com with your request and I will forward it to the Sales team. They can then check to see if a previous email from the same address got in…
