Deadline Workers

I am trying to get an urgent job out before Christmas so have installed Worker on some of our workstations.

Deadline does not seem to be able to start rendering on these and we get the attached error.

It seems from the error that all Workers have to have the same User account as our single Render Node. The user on that is currently ‘thinkbox’.

Can anyone please confirm if this is the case?

Hop on to your machine that has that error and attempt to navigate to the filepath specified in the error. You’ll find that there’s either a permissions error (unlikely) or it doesn’t exist.

Thanks. Figured it out with the help of TB support and setting up Path Mapping and Tokens.
