I recently had a problem with our deadline license server machine and I ended up having to reinstall everything on a brand new machine …
my question his: do I have to request a new license file since i moved the license server to a new location (new machine with different MAC address)???

The license file is tied to the MAC address, so you will need a new license. Please contact Deadline Sales to get a new license:

thing is … I sent my request almost 24 hours ago :s via the deadline-sales@primefocusworld.com … still no reply … any way they could put a rush on this???
production is stalled here until I fix this so please help if you can
