So I’ve never really used Draft nor the Tile Render option for Modo in Deadline. I did today though and I got an error when the job got to the Tile Assembly portion. I’m unsure if I have to install Draft separately or if my company is even licensed for it. I’m hoping I could get some guidance.

Hi,
Draft ships with Deadline (check out on your repository the /draft/samples directory - don’t move the draft directory!) and is free for users on an active Deadline subscription. You can request via sales@thinkboxsoftware.com for a quote for annual Deadline subscription if you’re not already on it as well as cutting a Draft license for each Deadline v6 license you own and have on annual subscription. (You get an initial 12 months subs[subscription] on purchase of Deadline, so this covers you for the first 12 months after the purchase date).

Draft won’t run unless you have a Draft license running on your license server. A Slave automatically updates itself whenever it picks up a Draft job, so no install is required.

Hi Mike, I believe my company is running on a 12 months license subscription. You mentioned about having a Draft license running on my license server. Is this separate from our normal Thinkbox_license_Viscira_LLC.lic file? Do I need to contact sales to get a separate license file?
NVM, I saw the post in the Beta forums. I’ve contacted your sales reps.
Thanks!
