The Draft options in the Nuke submission script don’t actually appear to create a draft job.
Correction: All of my submission scripts fail to create a dependent Draft Job.

I’m guessing you’re not getting any kind of error when you’re submitting the job?
Could you check the Job Reports for the job that should be creating the Draft job? Are there any Draft plugin errors in there?
Finally, could you zip up and upload the Job Files for a Job that should have submitted a subsequent Draft job (but didn’t)? You can find them by right-clicking the job and selecting “Browse to Repository Directory”. There should be two *.job files

Oh you know what it is, I didn’t know you had to enable it in the event script configuration. I thought it would just submit a dependent job.
Good to hear you figured it out, 'cuz I was real confused when I didn’t see anything wrong in the Job files… Sometimes the simple things are the hardest to figure out
