Hello Ember enthusiasts!

This is the very first build of Ember. Further details will follow but currently I desire pizza and beer!

Note: No installer yet. Presumably you have Krakatoa installed (v2.1.2 needed to render PRT Ember) so just extract your favored flavor of Ember somewhere and point your plugin.ini at the ReleaseMax####_### folder inside. The rest should be magic.

In the spirit of being nice to Darcy, I hereby require you to post one nice thing about Ember (or at least one thing that seems promising) before we get to what sucks and how it could be better. To keep the morale high. And yes, at times I do refer to myself in the third person.

Here are some updated scripts for Alpha 1 as of 2pm on July 20th, 2012:

  • Fixed crash in Ember MacroScripts due to missing DivergenceFree property which was removed in the last minute.
  • Removing the Position channel from Ember Output Channel node since it is not valid (it is read-only and provides the current sample’s position)
  • Filtering out the current SIM Ember object when picking an InputField source object.

You can unzip these files into the \Scripts folder of your Ember installation.
