error on any slave thats not the repository

Hey,

I"m just testing out deadine right now and I’m getting this error on any slave I install deadline on. Only the slave on the same machine as the repository successfully renders. I have a feeling it has something to do with the fact that Deadline is using a local path and not the machine\UNC path. Help!

“An error occurred in StartJob(): 3dsmax: Failed to load max file: “C:/Documents and Settings/mahmoud.rahnama/Local Settings/Application Data/Prime Focus/Deadline/slave/jobsData/test.max””

Can you post the full error report? Usually when Max prints out this error, it includes a reason in its log (which is appended to the error report).

Deadline copies the Max scene file locally when it’s submitted with the job, so it’s normal that it’s referring to a local path.
