We have a custom event created for ingestion purpose. Funny thing is it got triggered from job last week. This week I do not see it getting triggered. Between last week and this week the server went down. But now it is restored. Question is
what settings in the backend are required so that events run always in a job?

What event is it supposed to trigger on and is it happening?
Check Console for any error messages: Deadline Monitor> View> New Panel> Console>
I am attaching an event here, enable it from Deadline Monitor> Tools> Configure Events> EventChatter> Enable it. See if it triggers on the same event on which your event plugin is supposed to trigger. If yes then I need to look into your event plugin (if you can attach here, which will be public or cut a support ticket).
@zainali , it is sorted for now. Going to console ( of which now i am aware of ) helped to troubleshoot. Thank you
