Is it possible to execute a job in hidden mode. ? Some thing that runs but is not visible on worker nodes.
why not hide the worker panel and other users job for a particular user group?

Did you mean the application (Like Maya/Max/Cinema4D) started by the Worker runs in the background mode? If yes, it depends on the application where it runs in the background in the render mode or if the render mode even exists. For example 3dsMax the rendering can be done in studio mode and non studio mode.
