I’d like to upgrade from 10.0.21.5 to 10.1.18.5. Would be nice to retain all settings.
The ExportRepositorySettings cmd is not available in 10.0.21.5. Is there another way to export settings file that I can specify for importing during the upgrade process?
You can just install the new repo over the old one, eg. “upgrading”. I believe this is supported within most/all 10.x to 10.x installs.
Probably prudent to have a backup handy before attempting the upgrade, etc.
If that feels iffy, then a clean install to a new location (not necessarily new host) may do the trick, and using the Deadline Monitor > Tools > Import Settings... functionality to grab all settings from the old repo.
