In the current submission script for Fusion, there is the function pathIsMovieFormat(path). The eyeon.scriptlib has a newer version of this function. We were getting errors on submission until we commented out that chunk of the submission script. Now it seems to submit fine.
Perhaps this should be removed from future releases of Deadline?

Yeah, so removing the function from the submission script and modifying the eyeon.scriptlib function makes movie saver format work. All my frames went to one slave.
EDIT: Sean has a better method that accounts for new file formats that the user might add that are different from the default formats in Fusion.
