Correction! Use the -nosplash flag when running deadlineworker.exe.
Leaving my old reply in case that’s of interest:
Not without hiding all the UI Deadline creates. If that’s alright, you can install the launcher as a service which will keep any Deadline applications from drawing a UI.
This will hide the Launcher icon, and if you want to open a Monitor you’ll have to run deadlinemonitor.exe directly from the installation directory (stored in the DEADLINE_PATH environment variable).
