After getting Houdini 17.5 with Redshift v3 to work on AWS, I decided to take the next step and try to get Houdini 18 working, first with Mantra then Redshift. I’m hitting a wall with H18 (mantra) not being able to find a license from my 3pl pot. Is there something special I need to do to get a new install of Houdini to see the floating license server that the default 17.5 sees? Or is this a H18 license server issue on your end (or something like that that is impassible).

I see there is a Houdini 18 AMI now with Mantra but no Redshift (which makes sense since redshift 3 is still in beta technically).
It would be cool to have a thread or feed somewhere to notify of new AMI’s - is there such a thing?
I’ll take a look at this new 18 image and see if I can get redshift working. I don’t think it will be a problem…
