few day ago I installed windows 10 pro x64 all software work fine but only deadline slave 7.1.0.35 R (2a6ca6695) got an error, anyone know how to solve this error.

I believe one of our team tested Deadline on Windows 10 and, if I recall correctly, it worked (although I don’t know whether we’ve done a formal validation yet). That was likely a fresh install of Deadline over a fresh Windows 10 VM. Did you upgrade the machine to Windows 10 after Deadline was installed, or was Deadline installed after Windows 10?
In any case, I recommend completely removing and re-installing the Deadline Client. If you still have problems, please let us know.
I fresh install windows 10 then install deadline later, the problem machine(windows 10) is slave but mongoDB machine is windows 7 I think this is the problem or anything else ?
Now I re-install DeadlineRepository and MongoDB of server machine then the slave machine that was problem(windows 10) I uninstall and reinstall again I still get an error.
The protocol that MongoDB uses between the client driver and the database service/daemon is entirely platform independent, so it should never matter what OS MongoDB is running on. I suspect this is a subtle .NET compatibility issue between Deadline and Windows 10. We’ll need to investigate further.
For now, you may need to downgrade to Windows 7. An alternative would be to join the Deadline 7.2 beta to see if that works for you. If not, we may be able to get a fix in before the 7.2 release. You can join the Deadline 7.2 beta by sending a request to beta@thinkboxsoftware.com .
Edit: I should point out that we do have several users and developers running Deadline on Windows 10. Whatever the issue, it seems to be rare.
