Hi,
I urgently need to transfer my deadline licens from an old, now dead, machine to a new one, but for whatever reason the support refuses to reply to my emails. Calling is not an option as I can’t place phone calls during the opening hours, it’s well outside of my working hours.
Oh I did try to open a new ticket but I get no confirmation on that, nor any reply.
So who do I get in touch with and how to I get them to actually acknowledge that I’m trying to talk to them? And what info do they need to make the transfer as fast as possible?
SUPER stressed out here as the slaves have been down for a few days already :S
