I lost my database now I have orphaned jobs on my repo

My mongo database got accidentally wiped. I setup a new one but now I have a bunch of jobs in my repo that are orphaned and I have now way of knowing what to get rid of what needs to be kept.

is there a way to handle this on the repo even though I have a new mongo DB running that does not see them on the server anymore?

How did you set up your new database? I’d expect those old jobs to go away once you connect your repository to the new database.

Or do you mean the folders in DeadlineRepository10\jobs? Since there’s no long a matching database entry for those I’d just delete them. Or make a backup of them in case you’ve been relying to submitting the scene file with a job.
