Can I increase particles while using .PRT?
When I use PRT loader and render with krakatoa renderer, I want increase that particles.
There are some approaches to do that. The simplest one is to create a Copy of the PRT Loader, add a fractal Noise Modifier with low Scale to it as described in this tutorial software.primefocusworld.com/sof … rtices.php, increase the Random Seed, then copy the new PRT Loader again and increase the Seed of the copy’s Noise Modifier and repeat as often as necessary. If you clone the PRT Loader 10 times, you will end up with 10 times the particle count, with particles slightly offset based on the noise.
Alternatively, you can follow the tutorial exactly and resave a single PRT Loader using the Partitioning tools to produce new PRT files that have the Noise Modifier’s offset effect baked.
There might be another approach coming in the near future, but it will involve the use of another Thinkbox product that has not been released yet.
