Another 2 jobs with this, but this time, suspending / resuming does not seem to fix the problem…

These jobs appear to have orphaned limit group stubs, which housecleaning should take care of. To confirm, you can run a manual housecleaning from the tools menu in the Monitor.
Note that orphaned limit stubs have to be held for 5 minutes before they are returned. This is to prevent false positives.
These jobs have been like that for hours if i recall correctly. Weird. Next time i see it, ill try a manual house cleaning
