job not showing up in monitor

Hi,

I have been having an issue today, where when I submit xmesh jobs via deadline. I can see the job being done by the slave but in the monitor no job is listed? Other render jobs show up normally.

Strange…

Do you have any filters set in the Monitor? Can you check someone else’s Monitor to see if it shows up there?

I cleared all the filters. I will try someone else monitor in a bit when I send again.

Seems to be only my monitor, I have checked the filters. It all seems to be set properly.

It could be an issue in the local settings file for your Monitor. Close your Monitor, then go to “%localappdata%\Thinkbox\Deadline\settings” and delete the monitorOptions.xml file. Then reopen the Monitor to see if it shows up properly.
