Please can we consider adding “UserPermissions=AllUsers/PowerUsers/SuperUsers” to Job submission scripts as it would be nice to control whether certain users can submit certain types of custom deadline jobs.

We can add this. In the meantime, you could just place these scripts in the General script menu.
