Any ideas?
Googling the error ERR: MPEG audio reader returned an unexpected error. didn’t turn up any hits. From the error message itself, I would guess that Cleaner XL is having problems reading in an MPEG file, but it’s difficult to say why. Is your input file an MPEG file? Could it be possible that the file is corrupted? I should note that Deadline is just the messenger in this case, so it might be a good idea to ask Autodesk about this error. If they can at least explain why the error would occur, that might help you figure out what the problem is.
Cheers,
File is an MPEG. I’ll check for file corruption. Otherwise I’ll escalate it to Autodesk.
