Launcher service stopped

Hello All,
First time poster.
I’ve having some issues with deadline launcher.
I’m trying to run a render farm made out of about 120 computers, mostly running windows 7 (deadline 10.0.9.4). Some of the computers have been appearing on my slave list as offline or stalled. No remote control commands work on them.
I’ve tried re-installing deadline and running the launcher as a process. However, looking at the task manager the process is stopped. When I try to start it I get the following message:
“The operation could not be complete. The service did not start due to logon failure”
Any Ideas?

Cheers

The “logon failure” sounds like an Active Directory issue… Are you able to use a local system account? Given the need for file server access, that may not be a good solution. There’s also this:

Also, if they’re stalling it means the Slave started but died unexpectedly. You can check their RAM usage in the Slave panel of the Monitor of those Stalled machines to see if people are just submitting scenes with complexity too high for the current resources available.
