Launcher won't start

Came back from the weekend and all of a sudden launcher won’t start. The icon just keeps bouncing in the dock. I tried downgrading mono to 2.6.7 but that didn’t make any difference. Also reinstalled Deadline client.
I get this messages in the console:

10/31/11 4:05:51.236 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Gtk not found (missing LD_LIBRARY_PATH to libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0?), using built-in colorscheme 10/31/11 4:05:51.414 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Deadline Launcher 5.0 [v5.0.0.44528 R] 10/31/11 4:05:51.704 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Launcher Thread - Launcher thread initializing... 10/31/11 4:05:51.707 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Perfoming remote admin check 10/31/11 4:05:52.040 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Launcher Thread - Remote administration is disabled 10/31/11 4:05:52.042 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Launcher Thread - Launcher thread listening on port 5042 10/31/11 4:06:52.042 PM [0x0-0xa40a4].net.deadline.DeadlineLauncher: Perfoming remote admin check

Any help is appreciated. Osx 10.7.2 /Mono v 2.10.6_1 (reinstalled it)

The log actually doesn’t show any problems. The GTK warning is nothing to worry about, and unfortunately we can’t force Mono to suppress it. Maybe check Activity Monitor to see if the launcher is running in the background (note that it could be running with the process name “mono” instead of “deadlinelauncher”). If it is, the problem could be that the user interface has been disabled:

If it isn’t running in the background, try uninstalling Mono (mono-project.com/Mono:OSX#Un … n_Mac_OS_X) and then install 2.6.7. Then reboot the machine to see if that makes a difference.
